A common question: do I first need to see the GP before I can go to the physiotherapist? For most complaints that is not necessary. We explain how it works.
Direct access
For most complaints you can come to us without a referral. This is called direct access physiotherapy. During the intake we assess whether physiotherapy is suitable.
When is a referral needed?
For some types of care, such as treatment at home or certain chronic programmes, a referral from the GP or specialist is required.
In doubt?
Just give us a call. We will tell you exactly what is needed in your situation, so you are not faced with surprises.
Questions about a referral or reimbursement? Get in touch, we are happy to think along. Make an appointment.
