Therapeutic swimming

Move smoothly in warm water, with less strain.

What does it involve?

Move without straining your joints

In warm water your body carries less weight, which makes moving easier and less painful. Therapeutic swimming is therefore ideal for joint, back and chronic complaints, or as a stepping stone to exercising on land.

Our approach

Moving together in the warm water

We move in small groups under guidance, among others in the warm water of the Bisonbad. The water supports your body while you still work in a targeted way on strength and mobility.

Besides the physical effect, it is simply enjoyable. Many participants appreciate the contact with others and therefore keep moving with pleasure.
